SlumWatch is a public reporting platform that allows users to submit tenant experiences, complaints, and landlord-related information.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they submit. Submitting false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or illegal content is prohibited.
Moderation Rights
SlumWatch reserves the right to review, approve, reject, edit, restrict, or remove content at any time for any reason.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
SlumWatch does not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of user-submitted reports.
Landlord Responses
Landlords or property representatives may submit public responses to reports. SlumWatch reserves the right to moderate those responses.
Paid Features
Paid upgrades such as reviewed or featured reports are visibility and moderation services only. Payments do not guarantee approval or validation of submitted claims.
Account & Access Restrictions
SlumWatch may block users, IP addresses, or access to the platform if abuse, spam, fraud, or misuse is detected.
Limitation of Liability
SlumWatch and its operators shall not be liable for damages, disputes, or losses resulting from use of the platform.
